Education
Helping Those Who Need Us Most
Sáda’kath is to become a leader in the sector and ensures that local needs and priorities come first. Our Education program offers a much-desired platform of tuition for people who deserve it most. Currently, Pakistan has the worlds second-highest number of out-of-school children (OOSC) with an estimated 22.8million children aged 5-16 not attending school, representing 44% of the population in this age group (UNICEF)
With our quality Alternative Learning Pathway (ALP) by offering tuition to children below the poverty line and attending Govt Schools, will nurture school-community links to increase enrolment into schools, reduce dropouts with a sense of belonging and ownership. Allowing these kids guidance and help that most never get from either parents or immediate family.
Gender wise, boys outnumber girls at every stage of education, a quarter of girls are forced to marry before they turn 15! meaning their hope of building a prosperous life for themselves using their own skills and education is taken from them before their life has even properly begun! One of our 'Daughters Of Knowledge' education project currently to be trialled soon will allow girls from local villages to be taught at a safe setting that reassures parents and the local community. Successful children from both genders whom attain distinctive results will then be offered scholarships and grants at premium levels educational settings. Mobilising the Immobile
Disability Mobility Projects
We see every challenge as an opportunity, and our Mobilising the Immobile initiative helps Sáda’kath ensure that those we serve are better prepared to persevere in the unique situations they find themselves in.
Wheelchairs for the elderly and disabled, specialist walker frames for children with multitude and variant disabilities and specialised and adapted CP (cerebral Palsy) wheelchairs.
Food Pack Initiative
Ramadan and Winter Food Pack Initiative
Providing Ramadan and Winter Food Packs to those in need! Multiply your rewards for every morsel a poor person takes! A food pack provides to the needy especially in Ramadan! Be it your Zakath or your Sadaqah.
The most deserving and those in need will be carefully selected, your donation not only feeds the poor but also gives them vital grains containing nutrients to minimise any starvation or malnutrition effects.
A small food pack starting at £15 can provide a months supply for upto 2 people
A medium pack at £22.50 can provide for a family of 4, a months supply of vital grains.
A large pack at £28.50 can provide for upto 6 or more people a months supply of essentials.
All our food packs contain essentials as: Rice, Flour, Sugar, Oil, Salt, Dates, Tea, Beans and Lentils, basic Spices and Rooh Afza (concentrated fruit/herb squash)
Water Projects
Providing The Necessities of Life
Feeling like there are countless pressing issues that no single program could make a marked difference? Our Local Water Projects initiative has proven to be a powerful tool for Sáda’kath to successfully serve the local community and improve countless lives. Building over 100s of water pumps in rural communities, by providing clean water to families and children who would otherwise have to walk miles to collect water from contaminated sources.
Medical Camps
Accessible Healthcare
We see every challenge as an opportunity, just like our Medical Camp clinics currently being conducted in KPK Pakistan, by alleviating suffering for those unable to afford or access vital healthcare. Working in conjunction with localised team of Doctors, nurses and pharmacists. Free diagnostic checks, scan, consultations and basic medicines on prescriptions. Primarily impacting Elderly, women and children below the poverty line.
